As Senior Program Manager, Mr. Ryan Rees leads the information systems and technology Programs for our federal civilian, state, and local government agencies.  Since 2000, Mr. Rees has been involved in the analysis and design of enterprise systems and infrastructure modernization projects focusing on requirements, business process optimization, research and development, infrastructure and architecture design, software engineering, testing, and integration. Obtaining his M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park R.H.
