Darren has a broad range of experiences from the military, academia, technology sales and marketing, new business start-up, growth through to acquisition and a business turnaround achieving exponential growth and integration into a corporate company. During that time he enjoyed the development and growth of the people he worked with the most. This led him to become a qualified executive coach and mentor to professionally assist people achieve their goals and grow to become whoever or whatever they are aiming for.
He is passionate about releasing the potential in leaders at all levels in organisations through transformational and sustainable behavioural change in order to achieve individual, team and business performance goals. He is particularly focused on effective leadership through change in commercial and government organisations that are under pressure to transform and adapt to new economic, political and environmental circumstances. Darren is interested in new leadership research about the potential of our new generation of leaders, where he believes coaching and mentoring plays a significant role.
